Feeding the Hungry

For over 40 years, St. James’ has been serving hot meals to our neighbors. Our focus has been on cooking delicious food in a welcoming atmosphere, so both our guests and our volunteers can leave feeling nourished. Join parishioners of all ages to prepare and serve a Tuesday Lunch or a Friday Dinner. We also welcome dessert donations (both homemade and store bought). Reach out to Windsor Jones for more information on how to sign up, and our volunteer orientation.

– Matthew 25:35

Caring For Our Wider Community

We’re grateful to be located in New York City, and all the opportunities that affords. Help us to cook a monthly dinner at the Neighborhood Coalition for Shelter, pass out groceries at St. James Fordham’s Food Pantry, or tend vegetables in the garden at St. Ann’s in the South Bronx.
