Be a light in the world
Almighty Father, whose blessed Son before his passion prayed for his disciples that they might be one, even as you and he are one: Grant that your Church, being bound together in love and obedience to you, may be united in one body by the one Spirit...
- A prayer for the Unity of the Church from the Book of Common Prayer, p. 255
St. James’ Partners in Mission program provides financial and hands-on assistance to partner dioceses in Haiti and Malawi. We support the initiatives of local Anglican churches, including projects that address education, infrastructure, health, and food security. Financial assistance is coupled with volunteer aid. St. James’ is committed to short term mission trips that allow us to worship and work alongside our friends and partners in Haiti and Malawi.
Our goal is mutual transformation – growth in the worldwide church, healthier, stronger communities, new understanding of ourselves and others, and an increased commitment to service here at home.
