Church School Offering: This year's Church School Offering will go to help children affected by Hurrican Katrina. Please pick up a box of Children's Offering envelopes from your Church School teacher.

First Sunday Food Offering: At the 9:10 a.m. Children's Eucharist on the first Sunday of the month, families are encouraged to bring their offering of food which has been requested by the Yorkville Common Pantry for the month. At other times, foods may be left in designated baskets in the Narthex.

Children and their families are encouraged to participate in many more of the mission activities of St. James', such as serving in the homeless shelter, taking part in activities with the Partners in Mission Ministry for Children, going to gardening days at St. Anne's in the Bronx, and the various collections of food, toiletries, and other gifts for communities that are in need.
