Bicentennial Guest Preachers

The twelve preachers helping St. James’ celebrate its bicentennial speak with different voices and from varied perspectives. Some led this parish in years past and helped shape the ministries that remain central to our life. Some found their own ministries and lives shaped by St. James’. Some value the vitality of parishes such as St. James’ for its capacity to help sustain the wider Church as it proclaims the Gospel in these times. Yet whatever their perspective, all our preachers know that it is the Gospel of Jesus Christ that shaped our faithful past and prepares us for the unlimited future to which God calls us.

Unless otherwise noted, all guests will preach at both the 9:10 and 11:15 a.m. services and speak at the adult education forum in between.
