Throughout the year, St. James' Youth Ministries offers events such as bowling, movies and field trips to sporting and cultural events in the city, many of which are co-sponsored with other Upper East Side churches. The young people also participate in parish family events such as the Halloween Party, the Advent Wreath Workshop and the Christmas Pageant.

Film and Game Nights (Grades 7-12) Bring your favorite board games to St. James’ for an evening of games and movies.

Inter-Church Activities (Grades 6-12): These activities are undertaken with Brick Church, Church of the Heavenly Rest and St Bartholomew’s.
