Giving Chart

In the end, stewardship is not about a bottom line of dollars and cents but about a people transformed by the radical generosity to which the Gospel calls each of us. When we begin to recognize the depth of God’s generous love for us, our own hearts open in response to share of the many gifts we have received.

Stewardship is an egalitarian practice. We are all called to give generously, and we are all able to give generously. Generosity looks not to how much we have but to what portion of our resources we are ready and willing to share. How might you share the gifts you have received? How is God calling you to live generously in the world?

You might find the chart below helpful as you give prayerful consideration to your 2011 Commitment.
